AQUA JOG
A 30 minute deep water workout that improves your range of motion and flexibility. A great class for people with arthritis or other joint injuries since it is non-impact.
AQUA FIT
This is a cardiovascular workout that includes muscle toning and stretching. It's a fun alternative to land aerobics. The resistance of water is greater than that of air so Aqua Fitness provides you with less overall impact and joint strain. Fun and fitness for all ages.
