Through various aquatic programs, the Y not only helps develop swimming and water safety skills, but also promotes aquatic fitness not only for better health, but as a physical activity that can be performed throughout life.

Sports offer the opportunity to participate individually or as a team. Each sport challenges the participant in different ways through endurance, speed, mental toughness, teamwork, strength, coordination and countless other ways.

The YMCA has fitness classes specifically designed for older adults. They give participants an opportunity to stay physically active or in some cases, to overcome their fear of exercise and begin being physically active.

Our summer camp programs offer the opportunity to experience camping through both resident and day camp. Whether it's through singing or swimming, nature hikes or computer classes, counselors at Y camps lead kids in developing new skills & having fun.

Because of the progressiveness of our swim program, all programs operate on 8-week sessions (some may vary due to holidays etc.). It is necessary to register for all classes. With an increase in family memberships we have seen an increase in the demand for certain classes (particularly swim classes), so please register early. You may register in person or by phone or online. We accept MasterCard & Visa. Prepayment is expected. Membership and program fees are non-refundable. Registration dates are as follows:
